Stalingrad Roads is a classic wargame that recreates a major theatre of World War II, with a solid and easy to learn game system, with numerous strategic options for both players. It faithfully recreates the famous Stalingrad campaign with a well-structured and extensive campaign game and scenarios. It's highly playable, combining classic wargaming elements with a modern approach. The game, designed by Nicolas Rident, is aligned with the 'Roads' series, which features the titles Liberty Roads and Victory Roads (published by Hexasim), adapted to take into account all the specifics of the campaign.

In Stalingrad Roads, the Soviet player focuses on planning offensives, both major and minor, requiring delicate planning with potentially devastating effects. On the German side, the campaign revolves around supplying the Stalingrad pocket — a game within the game.
