The "Dornfels" is a morning star with a brutal design and a clear, solid form. The twelve sided head is fitted with pronounced spikes, giving the foam weapon a powerful and assertive character. The long shaft provides reach and stable handling during play. Its design is particularly suited for mercenaries, warriors, or knightly characters with a martial focus. Made from durable PU foam around a stable fiberglass core, the "Dornfels" offers a balanced ratio of safety and resilience. Despite the soft foam construction, this foam weapon has a comparatively high mass. It should therefore be used with appropriate control and with particular caution, especially against unarmored opponents. The construction is fully tailored for LARP use and allows for controlled handling when used properly. For a long service life, we recommend regular care with silicone oil.
