This Mouth-Nose-Mask is not a medical aid item according to § 139 SGB V. Furthermore, the Mouth-Nose-Mask is not a PPE according to 2016/425/EC (Regulation on personal protective equipment) and is therefore not tested according to EN 149:2001, A1: 2009.

The Mouth-Nose-Mask is only meant for private usage and does not provide protection against infections for the wearer, but reduces the spread of infectious saliva droplets.
The following points must be observed:
•Wear Mouth-Nose-Mask over mouth and nose
•Take off and wash the Mouth-Nose-Mask if it is too wet
•Wash hands and face thoroughly after removing the Mouth-Nose-Mask
