All 13 episodes of the Japanese anime based on the manga by Lynn Okamoto. Born with a rare genetic mutation, Lucy (voice of Sanae Kobayashi) is a Diclonius. Along with the small horns on her head, Lucy also possesses a more sinister ability: an array of telekinetic appendages capable of tearing people limb from limb.

These traits have resulted in Lucy being captured and experimented on by the military until she senses an opportunity to escape and carves a gruesome path to freedom through her captors. However, during her escape she is injured and this causes her to develop a second innocent and childlike personality. She is found and taken in by two university students but she cannot remain hidden forever...
