You start the game alone after a huge paranormal event has mysteriously left the town of Saint-Exil completely devoid of people.

Surrounded by dangerous phenomena in a dark and lonely place, Elise searches for other human life, and in doing so, starts to unravel the mysteries surrounding the region of Saint-Exil, its ritualistic cult, and the lighthouse overlooking the coast.

Unlike other adventure games, moving through the village makes time pass. Resting to recover health also makes time pass. Moving quickly through the town is important because Saint-Exil becomes deadly if you are still outside after dark.

UNIQUE COMBAT SYSTEM
Fight ghostly enemies with standard or upgraded weapons and ammunition. Elise can dodge and also has a protective amulet, that allows her to repel enemies that get too close.
